Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.

To qualify for a return, the item must:

  • Be returned with all original packaging, tags, accessories, and documentation

  • Not show signs of wear, damage, or misuse

Returns requested after the return period may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards or promotional items

  • Products marked as final sale or non-returnable

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

  • Description of the issue

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider.

Exchanges

We may offer exchanges for eligible products based on stock availability.

If the requested replacement product is unavailable, a refund may be issued instead.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, Orange Express may cover the return shipping costs.

For all other eligible returns, return shipping charges may be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting our support team.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be possible and the return process will apply instead.
