We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the policy below carefully before requesting a return or refund.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
- Due to hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are not eligible for return or exchange if they have been used, worn, or if the seal/packaging has been opened.
- Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Condition for Return
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
- All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
- Clear unboxing video or images may be required as proof for damaged or wrong items.
3. Return Process

- Provide your order details, reason for return, and supporting images/videos.
- Once approved, return instructions will be shared.
4. Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.
- If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

- Used or worn earrings
- Opened or tampered packaging
- Items returned without prior approval
6. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
7. Important Notes
- Slight variations in color or design due to lighting or screen differences are not considered defects.
- Ensure correct shipping details are provided; failed deliveries due to incorrect information are not eligible for refund.
