We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read the policy below carefully before requesting a return or refund.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
  • Due to hygiene and safety reasons, earrings are not eligible for return or exchange if they have been used, worn, or if the seal/packaging has been opened.
  • Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Condition for Return

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.
  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be intact.
  • Clear unboxing video or images may be required as proof for damaged or wrong items.

3. Return Process

  • Once approved, return instructions will be shared.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed only after the returned item is received and inspected.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or worn earrings
  • Opened or tampered packaging
  • Items returned without prior approval

6. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

7. Important Notes

  • Slight variations in color or design due to lighting or screen differences are not considered defects.
  • Ensure correct shipping details are provided; failed deliveries due to incorrect information are not eligible for refund.
